2019 Resolution Review
As 2019 is almost over, I want to review my 2019 New Year’s resolution.
Be a Badass Woman! (Vulnerably):
I said “I want to continue my journey to strengthening the ability to draw healthy boundaries.” I give myself 7 out of 10 on this. I was able to do it sometimes. And sometimes I couldn’t draw boundaries. But overall, I put efforts and I feel good about what I did.
Give My Boys Opportunities to Travel to Japan and more:
I was able to bring my boys to Japan and Singapore. At the very end of the year, I’m bringing Ken to Taiwan. I give myself 10 for this.
Work with a Tax Accountant:
I did it!!! 10! I’m proud of myself.
Invest More in My Business and Myself:
I invest myself in Strengths Finder, Appreciative Inquiry, Coach Days Retreat, Two new projects, and mentor coaching. The more I invest, the more I gain. I definitely give myself 10.
Develop My Professional Skills:
I wanted to join either QIIC or SIIC, but unfortunately, neither was held. I guess #4 is overlapping with this.
Present at Conferences, Seminars, Lectures:
Unfortunately, I couldn’t do much. One presentation about my son’s cancer and our journey “From Adversity to Advocacy.’ I’ll give myself 2.
Start a Blog:
I posted only 5… It’s 1.
Start a Vlog:
I didn’t do it. 0!
Receive ICF ACC Coaching Credential:
I haven’t applied. BUT, I’ve started mentor coaching. I’m proud of myself! I’ll give myself 8 for overcoming the fear finally.
Explore New Countries:
Lots of new countries! The Philippines in February, Hong Kong and India in March, Belize in May, Malaysia and Singapore in September. Definitely 10 for this!
Overall, I’m so proud of myself! My 2019 was a great year. Looking forward to 2020.
