Key to Successful Online Sessions
Today we had our 7 Week Resiliency Workshop Kick-Off Meeting online. We had 10 participants connecting different countries in Asia, Europe, and North America. I used Zoom as the platform and utilized the functions such as sharing presentation, polling, and breakout room. The workshop was a success, the participants enjoyed connecting with each other and had positive energy at the end.
Because it was so successful, it made me feel so good, and I felt even more motivated to learn how to make online sessions more fun and engaging. So, I joined this Radically Remote Webinar offered by Joshua Davies who runs a company called Knowmium.
He introduced numerous online tools we can use along with Zoom, and one of them was Prezi Video. It was so shocking to me how you can overlay some images and icons on your video so that it looks as if you’re in your own presentation.
I was so excited to learn this technology, so I signed up for the trail. I just wanted to make something simple and short before I go to bed. So here it is, my very first video clip. This was so much fun! I hope to learn more about this tool, and I’d like to explore other tools as well.
I’ll keep sharing what I’m learning on this blog.
