I meditate every morning. My favorite meditation program is Oprah & Deepak 21 Day Meditation Experience. This is a free guided meditation program which runs for 21 days. I enjoy Oprah’s short talk which introduces many spiritual concepts and books, and then Deepak’s spiritual explanation.

For me, taking a bath together with my second son has been a way to feel his existence directly. I was hoping that it was good for his grieving also because we can both boost our oxytocin. After we get out of the bath, it was out ritual to drink some water, milk, or juice together.
